We suggest you pre-register for our classes. Most are 4 week sessions. You can also pay per class in advance if there is space. You can start our classes anytime, even if the session has already started.

Fri evenings and Sat afternoon and evenings are open for private party bookings!

We have daytime and some evening/weekend hours avail for private lessons.

What is Zumba®?

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in an exciting 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got a Zumba® class!
Women only class. Please wear indoor only dance/athletic shoes that allow you to pivot and slide. Prepare to sweat!!! $15 class please reserve in advance!

ALL NEW For 2010!
A sweet, sultry easy to learn choreography that includes, chair dancing, lap dancing and striptease…sure to make your sweetie fall off their chair. $50 for a 90 min workshop. Will be offered 3 times before Valentine’s day. Bonus! We will send you home with an outline of the routine so you can practice at home!  This is a beginner friendly routine.

Don’t miss our semi-annual Diva Party on Friday Dec 4th!

Women only 18+ Performances by instructors and students, student of the year award ceremony, mini-intro class for those new to Pole Bliss! Raffle prizes galore! Bring your girlfriends for unique and memorable girls’ night out!!
$20 admission, partial proceeds go to a local domestic violence charity.
Food and refreshments provided! (our regular students can bring a pot-luck dish to donate to the food/beverage table)
